| If I like to book a trip with Ambition Himalaya Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd.? What should I do? |
If you like to book a trip with Ambition Himalaya Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd., then first you should send an inquiry to us or you should contact us and confirm that is there any available places on your chosen trip or not. After that we will then email you about your inquiry, including payment options, which you can send back to us with your deposit if you like to confirm then booking, either you can pay us when you will be in Nepal but your place won’t be confirm for the trip unless you pay the booking deposit. You also need to look in to how you will be getting to Nepal but we can advise on available option. |

| How much is the deposit, and when will I need to pay the full amount? |
In order to secure your place on a trip & to confirm that you are coming to Nepal for an adventure trip, you need to pay a deposit of 15% of the total amount mentioned in the agreement. The full amount will then can be unpaid until the starting date of the trip. If you do not pay the due amount until the starting date of the trip we won’t be forced to start the trip. |

| What happens if I cancel my trip after paying deposit? |
In some cases if you cannot come on the trip you needed to cancel your trip and you contacted us before 5 days of the departure date, then we will refund your full money back if we have not prepared your any documents like tickets, permits and other required documents. After so, we will charge you 10% of the total amount. But if you like to divert your trip to next time then we won’t charge you any cancellation charge but then cost of the diverted trip can be high or less as per the exchange rate of that time. But we will try to keep the same amount as per the agreement. |

| What happens if the trip doesn't run? |
If some cases, we could be unable to depart your trip, in those cases you will let your full money back to you. In these cases we will notify you at least 1 week before the start date of your departure. We will either suggest an alternative trip if available, or if you do not want then we will give you a full refund including your deposit. |

| What if the 'itinerary' changes? |
Nepal is not the kind of place where you can fix to strict schedules and plans. Sometimes it has a high element of the unexpected things. In some cases, like political situation or other natural calamities, consequently we may need to make small changes in the itinerary different than the agreement before departure; in those cases you will notify you as soon as possible as we can do. If the change is not considerable, then you will have seven days in which to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. |

| Can Ambition Himalaya Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. be responsible if I get injured? |
Yes, but only in some cases like if you got injured from our fault. On such cases we will be supplying you with a horse or on the back of someone. But if you got some sick like altitude sickness and other high altitude sicknesses then if you need to rescue helicopter then you need to pay on your own. It is important to remember that we will be offering you serious wilderness adventure experiences, which carries a natural level of risk. While we make an effort to minimize those risks, but we cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained through no fault of ours. But we will try to spend our full capacity to avoid the risks. |

| Am I fit for the Adventure Program? Who can come on an adventure trip? |
If you are of approximately average of health and fitness, and if your weight is no more than 100kg, then you'll be fine, and you can come on an adventure tour. If you have a any medical conditions which could be a problem during the trip then you will need to let us know before the trip. There is no upper or lower age limit, but you should satisfy yourself that you are capable of undertaking the trip. If unsure, please let us know about the problems. Children are always welcome but are the responsibility of their parent or guardian. |

| What are my responsibilities as a client? |
Firstly and most importantly, you should have fun yourself. You should love other member on the trip and it’s also your responsibility to make the trip more enjoyable. You are also responsible for your own visas that you have enough days or not, having travel insurance in case of emergencies, and any other necessary documents. While on the trip, we will be happy if the trip went better & we like to operate any trip as a team. It’s better to make group decisions on where to go and when to stop, rather than being told what to do but first person to make decision is your guide. |

| Are the trekkings are difficult? |
| This question depends on the place duration, and height of the trek. Basically shorter treks are likely to be easier while the other longer and adventure ones requires strong physical fitness. Basically there are easy to hard trekking routes are available in nepal. |

| Will we have private rooms and bathrooms? |
| During the trek you may get private in all / most of the tea houses except if case if you are at very high altitude and most bathrooms and toilets are in common basis. But in some tea houses you may get attached bathrooms and toilets if you are lucky. We confirm that you will get sleeping bag and liners if you as to us in Kathmandu if not you will get blankets during the trek. |

| Is the open water safe to drink? |
| Opened water on the way is not safe but you may get mineral water in some trekking routes if not you can have some iodine tablet to purify it. Before drinking water make sure that your all water is boiled or treated with any water purification system. Iodine is best and cheap for purification and it’s 100% effective in killing water-borne bacteria. |

| When’s the main trekking season? |
| In Nepal you can trek in any season in some routes but if you are looking for the best season then it’s from late August to May. The first another three months are rainy season in Nepal. But in the low altitude trekking routes you can do trekking at any season, there is not any fixed time. |

| Will I get altitude sickness during my trek? |
| Ambition Himalaya Treks & Expedition Pvt. Ltd. will always give our respected customers the necessary time to acclimatize in the high altitudes. Our guides and helpers are fully trained about first aid and altitude sickness. If you are careful about altitude, if you drink lots of soups drink lot (!!No Alcohol!!), then you may not get altitude sickness. So, it’s not necessary to worry about the altitude sickness, if in case if you get then our staffs will take care of you. |

| What happens if there is an emergency case? |
| Our field staffs (Guides, Helpers, Sherpa and Leaders) are fully trained in first aid and can deal with most of the basic ailments that can occur during a trek. If an emergency occurred unfortunately, a professional help from a rescue organization will be needed. You may need a rescue flight and that might be costly for you. That is why every client should have their own emergency rescue and health insurance arranged before coming to Nepal. |

| I would be paying money for my trek, and then do I again need money during the trek? If yes then how much do I need? |
Of course but it depends up to us. Your bars and beverage won’t be included on the price that you will pay. So, you need to pay for bars and beverage bills yourself. That’s why you need to have some money during the trek. But the amount is totally depends on you. Cold sodas during the day and an occasional beer after a long day of trekking with your staffs would be awfully nice. |
